I have over twelve years of executive support experience, both on-site and virtual. I have worked in eight industries -- non-profit and for profit -- and bring to my work a high level of professionalism and performance. Not only have I developed a wide range of administrative skills, I quickly learn new databases, platforms and processes.
Writing has been part of each of my administrative jobs and I've often been the default editor and proofreader of the office. I love to draft, revise and proofread. Working at the tiny detail level is one of my favorite parts of administrative work.
After years as an entrepreneur, I also understand the frustration caused by paperwork when you just want to serve your clients. You know those bureaucratic, nit-picky tasks that drive you crazy? I enjoy those!
I also relish bringing people together for networking, friendship or collaboration. For over two decades I have hosted friendly events where people relax and get to know each other. These are the skills I use to give entrepreneurs and solo practitioners a community of friendship and support. Join me to take direct action against the isolation of working on your own.
Whatever comes up, Regina can roll with the punches, whether teeing up social media, eagle-eye editing, facilitating, or organizing. She’s responsive, smart, learns quickly, and most important of all, is fun to work with and is someone I trust.
Michele Wucker, international, best-selling author of The Gray Rhino: How to Recognize and Act on the Obvious Dangers We Ignore
As a small business owner, it is imperative that I stay up-to-date with both my clients and my work. Regina has been an efficient, reliable source for research and writing. She has extremely strict attention to detail, works quickly and confidently, and always completes tasks on time. She is forthcoming about how long a job will take her and can work on a multitude of projects independently.
Christina Hager, President, Ovations Digital
Some of Regina’s strongest attributes are how quickly she learned the terms and language of my office, how efficiently she organized what felt like a mountain of materials, and how good she is at mining information long tucked away in the back of my head. She looks up details so I don’t have to provide everything and accomplishes tasks so fast I sometimes can’t keep up. I honestly wasn't expecting her to start understanding immigration law so quickly.

Regina is awesome at catching things a solopreneur can miss - like placing/confirming appointments, follow-up, editorial pieces, and staying on task. I am motivated to have a productive day when Regina is in because I know she can help finish tasks once I start them. It’s great having the help of someone who not only can help you think things through, but gives feedback that helps you propel yourself forward professionally and in your day-to-day.

I am so appreciative of Regina's personal and professional capacities as my virtual and in-person assistant. She is open to hearing and responding creatively to my questions, ideas and definite needs. She helps me think things through, establish priorities and efficiently complete the work at hand.
